Fast forward ten years, the men involved in the crimes are being murdered one by one. It doesn't take long for the FBI to become involved, Agent Logan Bennett being head of the case. Bennett has always lived for his job leaving any sort of relationship strained. When he meets the sweet and beautiful Lana his life completely changes. She seems almost too perfect and when his partner starts looking into her background Logan will begin questioning everything he has ever stood for.
This series left me feeling so satisfied after every book, which I realize is messed up. There is something about poet justice that feels so good. NEVER have I read books in a series back to back, that's how good it was. Every chapter was so intense and I have never cheered for a serial killer and I think you will find yourself doing the same thing. This book actually comes with a trigger warning before you even start reading. If you're sensitive to sex crimes I suggest you don't read this series. For everyone else, READ IT!
