"Come Out At Night" By Richard Laymon

Sherry is a beautiful woman in her early twenties. For a couple nights she has been seeing a handsome young man, Duane. One heated night they are ready to take the next step. Only problem? They have no condoms and Sherry isn't on birth control. Although the store is in a sketchy area and it's the middle of the night, Duane insists on going. An hour goes by and Sherry is still waiting for Duane's arrival. She decides to go out and try to find him. A night that was going to be filled with steamy romance becomes a night from a hell. Sherry will never be the same.

It is so difficult for me to write a summary of books I really enjoyed. I want other readers to get as excited as me so they will read it. Laymon has quickly become one of my favorite authors. This only being the second book of his that I've read, I'm completely hooked. He is an incredible writer of suspense. There is never "down time" while reading his work. It is constantly go, go, go, keeping you consumed until the very last page. Five out of five stars!
